| Shynia Randles
Memorial As you may recall, we lost one of our students earlier in the semester in a tragic four-wheeler accident. Shynia was a precious girl, very active in cutting horse competition, placing 13th in world standings at the National Cutting Horse Association Junior Youth (NYCHA) World Show in February. (http://www.onlineecs.org/vnews/display.v/ART/2008/03/03/47cc2dfa030cb) Many of you also knew her as a classmate or close friend. She is greatly missed. As a tribute to her, ECS has established a memorial fund for Shynia. Money collected for the memorial will be used to purchase a tree for the Randles' farm. If you are interested in donating to the memorial, you may send checks or money orders to the ECS office by June 1. You may also include a short note or card for the family. All will be passed along to the family at the time the tree is planted. |

FRONT: ![]() BACK: • You spend more money on stamps than school clothes. • You e-mail a question instead of raising your hand. • First Class doesn’t mean a seat on an airplane. • Everyone in your town has a snow day but you. • You know a DIVE CD doesn’t refer to swimming. • You get more snail mail than your parents. • You wait for a “techie” to call you back. • You have “home”work every single day.
