We believe everyone involved in the education of a student should be included in the development of the educational policies and practices that shape the learning experience. At ECS, we give a voice to those involved through the establishment of a Site-based Management Team (SMT) made up of

• Parents,
• Students,

• Teachers,

• Administration,

• Community members,

• Surrounding businesses

This Site-based Management Team will allow the creation of an atmosphere of learning that meets the individual needs of the students. It will be an active, responsible voice for all stakeholder groups, thus ensuring the program is responsive to the real needs of the program's patrons.

If you would be interested in serving on the Site-based Management Team as a Parent or Student Representative, please let us know when you enroll.
